If you're missing one or more teeth, you most commonly have three options for tooth replacement:
- Dental Implants
- Fixed Bridge
- Removable Partials
To varying degrees, all three options will help you function more normally (chewing, talking), prevent your remaining teeth from shifting and improve the look of your smile. Depending on your needs and desires, removable partials may be a good option for either long term or as a temporary measure. There are different types of partials:
- Resin Based - with 1-4 teeth with or without clasps
- Cast Metal - made with cast framework with resin base for patients missing multiple teeth
